Jamie Pocock owns J&Co Contractors, attends every quote, and runs every project from first call to final invoice — across Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire and Essex. ## The story behind J&Co J&Co Builders Ltd was founded by Jamie Pocock after 20 years working across roofing and building trades — for other firms, on commercial sites and on referral-only domestic work. The thing he kept seeing was the same: customers handed off between estimators, project managers and subbies they'd never met, with nobody on the hook when things went wrong. J&Co was built deliberately small so that doesn't happen. Jamie quotes the job, plans the job, and carries final responsibility for the job.
