Why we use it (lawful basis) - **To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes** — lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to your request) or, where you've contracted us, performance of a contract. - **To deliver building / roofing services** — performance of a contract. - **To comply with legal obligations** — accounting, HMRC, building control, health & safety records. - **To send service updates** regarding active or completed projects — legitimate interests. Who we share it with - **Suppliers and trade partners** directly involved in delivering your project (architects, structural engineers, building inspectors, materials suppliers). - **Our IT and CRM providers** who process data on our behalf under contract (e.g. lead-management software, email hosting). - **Statutory bodies** where legally required (HMRC, Building Control, Trading Standards, police). We never sell personal data. We do not transfer personal data outside the UK except where our processors operate EU/US infrastructure under appropriate safeguards. ## 5\.
