Strip out, services replaced (plumbing, electrics, ventilation), substrate prepared, new units fitted, tiling, finishing trades and decoration. Programme typically 3–6 weeks per room depending on complexity. **Whole-house refurbishments** are common on properties recently purchased that need significant updating before the family moves in. Full electrical rewire, replumb, replaster, replacement kitchen and bathrooms, often with structural alterations (knocking through, opening plans, removing chimney breasts). Programme typically 12–20 weeks. **Probate and landlord turnaround** work is a specific scope — quickly bringing a tired property back to lettable or saleable standard. Usually full repaint, new kitchen and bathroom, carpet replacement, electrical safety, gas safety, EPC improvement work. We turn these around quickly and to a defined budget.
