We commit to a higher standard of service on every project. Here's exactly what that means in practice. £0 ## Free on-site survey Owner-led inspection of your roof, structure or scope. Photographs of every defect. Written quote within 48 hours. No salesperson, no follow-up calls. **Terms:** Properties within our primary coverage area (Bishop's Stortford and surrounding 15-mile radius). Larger commercial inspections may be quoted. Move to the front of the queue ## Priority scheduling for confirmed jobs Quotes accepted in writing and signed off get priority diary placement — typical lead time 2–4 weeks for major projects, 5–10 working days for repairs. **Terms:** Subject to material availability and weather. Emergency leaks always jump the queue regardless. 12 months written, materials full manufacturer term ## Extended completion sign-off Every project carries a written 12-month completion sign-off covering all labour. Materials carry the full manufacturer warranty — typically 20–25 years on EPDM/GRP flat roof systems. **Terms:** Excludes damage from third-party works, storm events outside design tolerance, or alterations made post-completion by others. £0 to attend ## No call-out fee for emergencies Storm damage, sudden leaks and weather call-outs across our coverage area carry no call-out charge. We make safe and weather-tight first; you pay only for the work agreed in writing afterwards. **Terms:** Out-of-area call-outs may carry a travel charge — agreed before dispatch. ## Why no “20% off”? Discount tactics in the building trade usually mean one of three things — corners cut on materials, corners cut on labour, or the original price was inflated to absorb the “saving”. We price each job on its real scope, with materials specified by name and labour priced by the hour or stage. There's no headroom to discount because there's no fluff in the quote.
